Desde dónde realizan los envíos? Todos los pedidos son inspeccionados personalmente y enviados desde Huntsville, Alabama, EE. UU.

¿Ofrecen envío gratuito? ¡Sí! Ofrecemos envío estándar gratuito en:

EE. UU.: Pedidos de $75 o más.
Internacional: Pedidos de $100 o más.

¿Qué empresas de mensajería utilizan? Utilizamos principalmente UPS, FedEx y USPS (u otras empresas confiables según tu ubicación) para garantizar que tu pedido llegue de forma segura.

¿Puedo elegir un envío más rápido? Sí. Las opciones de envío exprés aparecerán al finalizar la compra según el destino. Estas opciones no están incluidas en la oferta de envío gratuito.

¿Cuánto cuesta el envío si mi pedido no califica para envío gratuito? El costo se calcula al finalizar la compra según tu dirección, el tamaño/peso del paquete y la velocidad que elijas. Siempre verás el total antes de realizar el pago.

¿Cuánto tiempo tardan en procesar mi pedido? Normalmente procesamos los pedidos en un plazo de 1 a 2 días hábiles (excluyendo fines de semana y feriados), asegurándonos de que cada pieza artesanal esté lista para su viaje.

¿Cuál es el tiempo de entrega? Los tiempos varían según el destino y la empresa de mensajería. Rangos típicos:

EE. UU.: 3 a 7 días hábiles.
Internacional: 7 a 21 días hábiles. Las opciones exprés pueden llegar antes, dependiendo del destino y la disponibilidad de la mensajería.

¿Incluyen número de seguimiento? Sí. Te enviaremos un correo electrónico con tu número de seguimiento tan pronto como tu paquete salga de nuestra oficina en Alabama.

¿Debo pagar aduanas o impuestos si estoy fuera de EE. UU.? Es posible. Los pedidos internacionales pueden incurrir en impuestos, aranceles o tarifas de importación según las leyes de tu país; estos cargos son responsabilidad del comprador.

I bought this yoga mat carrying strap for a very good deal. I was excited about finding one that supported a small business in Columbia, and I was even more pleased with how nice the pattern looked and how high-quality the strap felt when it arrived (which was very fast!). I was a teeny bit daunted about how to secure it to my mat, but it's actually very simple - a little loop on one end, pull the strap through the buckle on the other end until the buckle lays flat and you've got another loop, and you're done! I'd highly recommend this shop for your yoga mat carrying needs.
