Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
We ship from within the United States! 🇺🇸
If you don’t see your country on the list, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
U.S.: 3–7 business days (with tracking; USPS/UPS/FedEx, etc.)
Canada & Europe: 7–14 business days
Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
How much does shipping cost? Shipping is FREE!
Does the price include taxes or extra fees?
Yes! Because we ship from within the United States, you won’t pay import taxes or customs duties on orders within the U.S.
The total you see at checkout is the final total—no surprises when your bag arrives.
Note: For orders outside the U.S., your country may apply taxes or duties at delivery (depending on local customs regulations).
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
30-Day "Love It or Return It" Guarantee. If you're not completely in love with your backpack, return it unused for a full refund (you cover return shipping). Each piece is handwoven, so slight variations are part of its charm, not defects!
How do I make a return?
Reply to your confirmation email with "RETURN" and we'll send you instructions. Refund within 48 hours of receiving it.

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx), Shop Pay , and Google Pay. At checkout, you'll see the available options depending on your device and browser.

Are these authentic Wayuu Mochilones?
100% YES. Each one is handwoven by Wayuu women in La Guajira, Colombia, over 20-30 days. We work directly with the artisans, without intermediaries or counterfeit products.
Why are they limited in quantity? Will my favorite design return?
A: Each backpack is unique, a dream woven in yarn. Once a design sells out, it's gone forever! That's why our customers check the website daily.
How do I take care of my Wayuu Mochilon?
Clean with cold water and mild soap. Air dry. Avoid washing machines/dryers. Your backpack will become more beautiful with time, like a fine wine or a great story!
What is the difference between a Susu Mochilon and a regular one?
Susu = double yarn = thicker, stronger, and with vibrant colors that last for decades. Regular = single yarn = lighter but just as strong.
Can men use these mochilones?
Of course! Our unisex designs are perfect for everyone. Ideal for festivals, travel, or everyday use – men use them as bags for walks, the gym, cameras, diapers, and more!

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes! If it hasn't been sent yet (usually within 1 day), reply to the confirmation email.
