Yes. Express options will appear at checkout based on the destination. These options are not included in the free shipping offer.

Do you include a tracking number?

Yes. We will send you an email with your tracking number as soon as your package leaves our office in Alabama.

I bought this yoga mat carrying strap for a very good deal. I was excited about finding one that supported a small business in Columbia, and I was even more pleased with how nice the pattern looked and how high-quality the strap felt when it arrived (which was very fast!). I was a teeny bit daunted about how to secure it to my mat, but it's actually very simple - a little loop on one end, pull the strap through the buckle on the other end until the buckle lays flat and you've got another loop, and you're done! I'd highly recommend this shop for your yoga mat carrying needs.
