We work directly with Wayuu and Bogotá artisan partners, avoiding middlemen and guaranteeing fair wages & sustainable employment
We pay 50% upfront to our artisan partners months in advance, supporting essential material procurement and stable income
Upon successful product completion, remaining 100% payments are sent promptly to partners, honoring their craftsmanship before shipment to Huntsville
