1) 30-day return period
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
In order for us to process it, the item must be:
Unused
In the same condition in which you received it
With original tags
In its original packaging
With receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will send you:

The information needed to send your package
Important: We do not accept returns of items shipped without prior authorization.
3) Return shipping costs
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product , we will take care of it and cover the shipping when applicable.
If the return is due to a change of mind (for example, it was not the expected color/size), the return shipping cost may be borne by the customer , depending on the case.
(This protects you legally and avoids misunderstandings.)
4) Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If it arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered , please contact us immediately at sales@ampmsis.com and send us photos of the:

Shipping label (if applicable)
We will evaluate the case quickly and work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
5) Exceptions: items that are not eligible for return
We do not accept returns of:
Personalized or custom-made items
Special Orders
Items on sale/final sale , if indicated on the product page
Gift cards
If you have any questions about a product before buying, write to us and we'll be happy to help.
6) Changes
The fastest way to make a change is:
Request a refund for the current product
Make a new purchase of the item you prefer once the return is approved
This ensures product availability and faster delivery.
7) Refunds
We will notify you when we receive and inspect your return and confirm whether the refund was approved.
If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days .
Your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to reflect it.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at sales@ampmsis.com .
8) Incorrect address or packages “returned to sender”
Please verify your address at the time of purchase. If an order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or because it is not claimed, we can reship it, but additional costs may apply . These cases do not automatically qualify for a refund.
